Bidders will be conducted according to the procurement and disposal guidelines for schools 2014. -
Bidders can apply for a minimum of one lot and a maximum of two but each lot should be applied for as a separate bid. -
Interested bidders may obtain further information from Procurement and Disposal Unit Luzira Secondary School and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below or no. to form  900AH-0400PH Monday to Friday. -
A computer set of bidding documents in English may be obtained by interested bidders from Procurement and Disposal Unit on submission of a written application and upon payment of a non-vitimable fee of $0.4x 100.000 only per lot on Luzira Secondary School, Bank of Africa, Account no. 2532759708. -
The document shall be available on the 22<sup>th</sup>August 2025. Three (60) copies of sealed bids clearly marked with lot numbers (One original, two photocopies) shall be submitted to address below. -
Bids shall be opened at the address below an 1:200pm in the presence of the bidding representatives who choose to attend. -
Late bids shall be interceded on Luzira Secondary School reserved the right to accept or reject any bid. -
