This opportunity will give the trainees valuable workplace experience and accelerate their career paths. Program Purpose The successful candidates will train in various departments across the organization while developing foundational technical and non-technical competencies through hands-on experience and mentorship. The program also aims at bridging theoretical knowledge with practical application, enabling graduates to develop major skills like troubleshooting, maintenance planning, and process improvement activities among others. Minimum qualifications: - Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline as stated below
Electrical, Mechanical and Procurement - Applicants must be graduates from 2023 and above
