Responsibilities - Promote and sell CanalBox internet packages to potential customers in assigned areas.
- Educate customers on the features, benefits, and pricing of CanalBox services.
- Conduct door-to-door, street, or corporate sales to reach monthly targets.
- Register new subscribers and ensure accurate documentation and activation.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and provide product-related support.
- Maintain a daily record of interactions, leads, and conversions.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, activations, and sales drives.
- Collect customer feedback and report market trends to the supervisor.
- Ensure branding materials (flyers, banners, etc.) are well distributed and visible.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Requirements - Minimum a degree in any relevant field.
- Valid national ID.
- At least 1 year of Experience in sales, fieldwork, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.
- Fluency in English and at least one local language.
