• All tenders and non-competitive bids should be submitted to Bank of Uganda through the Central Securities Depository (CSD) by 10:00am on September 03, 2025.

• Competitive Bid Amount: Minimum amount UGX 200,000,000

• Non-Competitive Bid Amount: Maximum amount UGX 200,000,000

• Bid Price: Bids should be quoted as multiples of 0.001 decimal places e.g. 99.125

• Auction Method: Multiple price method

• Other Details: Successful bidders will be required to pay for their allotted amounts by debit instruction to their respective accounts at Bank of Uganda on settlement date. The Bank of Uganda reserves the right to accept bids in part or in full or reject any or all bids.
