- Coordinate the repairs of Ptideâs fixtures and furniture.
- Coordinate the scheduled immigration of all Ptideâs premises in line with Service Level Agreements and best practice.
- Coordinate timely provision of office visa and refreshments.
- Coordinate workshops, training and conferences.
- Preparation of airtime/data schedules and ensure its timely purchase.
- Carry out the procurement function of assorted supplies.
- Assets and inventory management, Track usage, condition, allocation and maintenance.
- Implement barcoding of all bank assets.
- Maintain an up dated bar-coded assets register.
- Verify utility bills for relevance and initiate their settlement in line with Ptideâs policy and best practice.
- General Administrative Support
- Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Minimum Academic Qualifications and Experience and skills required for AO: - Degree in any fields.
- Award experience in administration.
- Writing and Reporting.
- Analytical skills.
- Attention to details.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
