To drive monthly portfolio growth while maintaining quality through an engaged team and excellent customer service.
Key duties/responsibilities:
⢠Develop and implement strategies to achieve set monthly sales targets.
⢠Conduct market activations to generate prospects and meet sales targets.
⢠Recruit, lead, and retain Sales Agents to meet set targets.
⢠Develop and implement Sales Agent retention strategies.
⢠Provide regular training, guidance, and support to Sales Agents.
⢠Supervise and coach Sales Agents to consistently hit monthly sales and quality targets.
⢠Ensure high customer satisfaction in line with the companyâs service charter.
Required Qualifications and Work Experience:
⢠Bachelorâs degree in sales, marketing or a business-related field from a recognized institution.
⢠Knowledge of customer service principles
⢠At least two years relevant work experience, one of which must be in a leadership position.
⢠Knowledge of office administration
Other attributes
⢠Integrity and ability to both work in and lead a dynamic team
⢠Verbal and written communication skills.
⢠Good knowledge of company credit/lending policy
⢠Good computer and database skills
⢠Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
⢠Above average people skills/soft skills (includes listening skills, stress management)
