Backbone feeds Uganda limited is seeking highly skilled and customer-focused customer service representatives to join our company. The ideal candidates will responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients,resolving issues and building strong customer relationships. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
ï¬ Customer interaction;respond to customer inquiries ,concerns and complains via phone,emails chat or in person
ï¬ Product knowledge;provide accurate and an up-to-date information about our products and services to our customers
ï¬ Issue resolution;resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently,escalating complex issues to senior staff if needed
ï¬ Order management; manage customer orders including processing,tracking and resolving issues of orders
ï¬ Relationship building;build strong relationships with the customers ,identifying opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell
ï¬ Feedback collection;collect and document customer feedback,providing insights to improve products or services
REQUIREMENTS
ï¬ Communication skill;excellent verbal and written communication skill is key
ï¬ Customer focus;strong customer-centric approach with focus on building relationships with the customers ï¬ Problem solving skill;The ability to resolve complex issues and think critically.
ï¬ Product knowledge,familiarity with our products and services is important
ï¬ Technical skill,proficiency in customer management software,emails and other customer service tools
QUALIFICATION
Experience;previous experience in customer service or related fields Education;
a minimum of a certificate in related field from certified institute
