C4 Logistics Ltd - Busega is looking for candidates to fill the following positions

Work Shop Supervisors (3 positions – Iganga, Fort Portal, Rubaare)

Oversee daily workshop operations, including scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.

Supervise, mentor, and coordinate a team of mechanics, technicians, and support staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards, safety guidelines, and customer specifications.

Diagnose complex mechanical faults and provide technical guidance to the team, especially for heavy-duty trucks.

Manage workshop inventory, including tools, spare parts, and consumables, placing orders as needed.

Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental procedures, conducting regular safety briefings and inspections.

Liaise with clients, drivers, and management to communicate repair timelines, cost estimates, and job progress.

Maintain accurate service records, job cards, and maintenance logs for all vehicles and equipment.
