Werkstudenten (m/w/d)
für den Bereich Human Ressources
in einem Umfang von ca. 15 Wochenstunden mit flexibler Arbeitszeitgestaltung.
Deine Aufgaben
- Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft unserer Personalabteilung – von A wie Arbeitsbescheinigung bis Z wie Zeiterfassungssystem
- Eigenständige Übernahme individuell definierter HR-Projekte
- Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der HR-Prozesse
Dein Profil
- Studium der Wirtschafts-, Sozial-, Rechtswissenschaften, Psychologie oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal
- strukturierter und sorgfältigen Arbeitsstil, gepaart mit Zuverlässigkeit
- gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office
- Diskretion und Loyalität sind für dich selbstverständlich
