JOB DETAILS: About the job We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team in the food processing machinery sector. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in marketing and selling our range of high-quality machines, including color sorters, coffee hullers, pre-cleaners, gravity separators, de-stoners, and more. Key Roles & Responsibilities • Sales and Business Development: • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the target market, including coffee processors, grain millers, and food production facilities. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business. • Conduct product demonstrations, training, and presentations to educate clients on machinery functionality and value. • Market Analysis and Strategy: • Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends and potential clients. • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional activities. • Product Expertise and Consultation: • Develop a deep understanding of product features, applications, and competitive advantages. • Work closely with the technical team to customize machinery solutions that meet client-specific needs. • Customer Support and Account Management: • Ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to post-sale support. • Handle client concerns or complaints professionally and promptly, liaising with the technical team when necessary. • Sales Reporting and Targets: • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company. • Prepare detailed sales reports, including pipeline updates, deal progress, and revenue forecasts. • Team Collaboration: • Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, logistics, and marketing, to ensure successful order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. • Participate in regular sales meetings to discuss strategies, challenges, and successes. Qualifications & Experience • Minimum Education: Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. • Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in marketing and selling food processing machinery or related industrial equipment. • Technical Knowledge: • Familiarity with machinery such as color sorters, coffee hullers, pre-cleaners, gravity separators, and de-stoners. • Basic understanding of agricultural value chains, especially coffee, grains, and legumes, is an added advantage. • Technology Skills: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Experience with CRM systems for tracking sales activities. Key Competencies • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a customer-first mindset. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to identify client pain points and position products as solutions. • Results-driven and self-motivated, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. • Willingness to travel domestically or regionally as needed. • Team-oriented, with strong collaboration skills.
