Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience in a factory warehouse environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to effectively manage local personnel.
• Honest, reliable, and dedicated with strong execution skills.
