Responsibilities - Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against delivery notes and purchase orders.
- Organize and maintain warehouse space for optimal storage and accessibility (e.g., farm inputs, produce, equipment).
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch to customers or retail outlets.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems or spreadsheets.
- Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy and minimize losses.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams to manage stock levels and deliveries.
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely.
Qualifications & Skills - Diploma in Supplies Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or storekeeping role.
- Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
- Knowledge of basic health and safety practices.
