WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Softcare Uganda Limited is looking for a competent, organized, and results-oriented Warehouse Manager to join our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
• Manage receiving, storage, picking, loading and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and regular stock counts.
• Supervise and manage warehouse staff and casual workers.
• Ensure proper arrangement, identification and safe storage of materials.
• Monitor stock levels and minimize stock losses, damages and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Sales and Logistics teams.
• Prepare and submit accurate warehouse and inventory reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and warehouse procedures.
• Improve warehouse efficiency and ensure timely movement of materials and finished products.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse management.
• Proven experience in inventory and stock management.
• Experience supervising warehouse teams and casual workers.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and stock control procedures.
• Good computer skills, particularly in Excel and warehouse/inventory systems.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.

EXPERIENCE
