Role Overview & Scope The Warehouse & Inventory Controller tracks spare parts, processes Goods Received Notes (GRNs), and manages computerized stock levels within the MaintainX system. Key Responsibilities - Inventory Control: Maintain optimal stock levels for technical spare parts, tooling, and consumables.
- Receiving & CMMS: Generate Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and manage digital inventory records using MaintainX software.
Minimum Requirements & Key Metrics - Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Stores Management, Warehousing, or equivalent practical warehouse control experience.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Safety performance, schedule compliance, quality of work, reporting accuracy, and client satisfaction.
- Maintain optimal stock levels for technical spare parts, tooling, and consumables.
- Generate Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and manage digital inventory records using MaintainX software.
