Key Roles:
1. Inventory control; Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile physical inventory with system balances.
2. Logistics Control; Supervise incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments, ensuring packing lists and invoices are accurate.
3. Documentation & Reporting; Prepare daily/weekly reports on productivity, inventory variances, and shipment status.
4. Undertake daily shipping/mapping of stocks to dealer/agent accounts upon payment.
5. Maintain accurate re-order levels to avoid stock outs.
Desired Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in a busy warehouse environment, preferably in Kenya.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of inventory management procedures and safety protocols.
