Job Description/Requirements Department: Warehouse/Stores Terms of employment:Â Contract Reports to: Stores Manager Skills and Qualifications - Education: At least a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven warehouse experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Analytical Skills: Strong math skills with the ability to analyze data and generate reports using spreadsheets.
- Warehouse Knowledge: Familiarity with modern warehouse practices and methodologies.
- Leadership and Decision Making: Ability to demonstrate leadership and make sound decisions.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting moderately heavy objects.
- Schedule: Must be available to work a flexible schedule.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm under pressure and finding creative solutions to problems.
- Work Style: Works independently with minimal supervision.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.

Your duties and responsibilities under this contract shall include the following;Â The employee will be required to undertake the following duties as directed by the Supervising Officer. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:Â - Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
- Box, wrap and pack the merchandise in accordance with relevant procedures and standards.
- Ensuring that all goods that are loaded or unloaded match the relevant paperwork.
- Following workplace health and safety rules when handling goods.
- Track and document exact shipment arrival and departure times.
- Ensure all shelves and storage areas have enough product stock in the Main Store.
- Managing the Stock Between the Main warehouse and Branches (Transfer Document).
- Complete diary logs into inventory.
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
- Maintaining and monitoring store inventory.
- Monthly Stock Counting and Report.
- Counting Critical items weekly with Report.
- Reporting any damaged or missing goods to Warehouse Managers or Supervisors following the Operation of and maintain preventively warehouse equipment.
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems.
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
- Follow with Staff to Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation.
- Report any discrepancies.
- Forklift Operation will be considered an advantage.
- Sometimes working after work hours, weekends, Holidays.
