Key Responsibilities Warehouse and Logistics Documentation - Prepare, verify and maintain warehouse documents, including Goods Received Notes (GRNs), delivery notes, waybills, stock transfer documents, picking lists and issuing documents.
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing tiles and sanitary ware are supported by the correct documentation.
- Verify product codes, descriptions, quantities, batch details and other relevant information on warehouse documents.
- Ensure all documents are properly completed, approved and filed.
Stock Movement Records - Record and maintain accurate records of all stock receipts, transfers, issues and dispatches.
- Reconcile physical stock movement documentation with system records.
- Track inter-warehouse and internal stock transfers.
- Identify and report missing documents, documentation errors and stock movement discrepancies.
Reporting and Data Management - Update warehouse and inventory systems accurately and on time.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly warehouse documentation reports.
- Maintain accurate physical and electronic filing systems.
- Support stock counts, audits and inventory reconciliation exercises.
Compliance and Controls - Ensure compliance with approved warehouse and documentation procedures.
- Maintain proper document traceability for all stock transactions.
- Ensure records are available for audit and management review.
- Safeguard company and inventory information.
Qualifications and Experience - Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Records Management or a related field.
- 2â4 years of experience in warehouse documentation, logistics or inventory control.
- Experience in a manufacturing, distribution or building materials environment is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using ERP/WMS systems.
