Job Description/Requirements Key Responsibilities: -
Greet and serve customers in a professional and friendly manner -
Take accurate food and drink orders -
Deliver orders promptly and ensure customer satisfaction -
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas -
Provide recommendations and upsell menu items -
Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism -
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service Requirements: -
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required -
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -
Positive attitude and team spirit -
Ability to multitask and work under pressure -
Flexible availability, including weekends, nights, and holidays -
