The successful candidates will deliver excellent customer service while ensuring efficient food and beverage service. Key Responsibilities: - Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well-presented.
- Respond to customer requests and resolve concerns professionally.
- Process bills and payments accurately.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and customer service.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams.
Qualifications and Experience: - Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food and Beverage Service, or a related field is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
