We equip vulnerable individuals and groups with the tools they need to start over and build resilience against mental health challenges, HIV/AIDS, gender -based violence, child abuse and poverty. The TPO Board of Directors comprises nine (9) members with multi-disciplinary and complimentary skills, and experience. Each of them is recruited on merit to serve voluntarily on an initial three-year term, renewable once. One of these positions is currently vacant. This is therefore to invite expressions of interest to fill the vacancy and to join a pool for future vacancies. Our current priority is high level skills, experience (preferably not less than 10 years) and substantial expertise in Resource Mobilization and Program Development.
