Vocational Skills Training (VST) Instructors

Courses:

• Tailoring
• Phone Repair
• Horticulture
• Soap Making

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver practical, hands-on skills training
• Mentor trainees for self-employment and entrepreneurship
• Support assessments, internships, and certifications
• Promote workplace safety and innovation

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant academic or professional qualification
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (where applicable)
• Ability to work in a multicultural and refugee context
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Female candidates and refugees are strongly encouraged to apply.
