Job Description/Requirements As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of daily tasks, including customer message management, account health monitoring, appeals submission, inventory reconciliation, and product review. We will provide training for all tasks, and you will play a vital role in documenting your processes to create our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Requirements: Strong attention to detail and ability to meticulously follow instructions Reliable internet connection to ensure smooth communication and task completion Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective correspondence with customers and team members Proficiency in using Google Sheets for data management and organization
