JOB DETAILS: Role Overview: The Vice Chairperson supports the Chairperson and assumes leadership roles in their absence. They play a critical role in ensuring governance and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Assist the Chairperson in executing duties and decision-making. • Act as Chairperson in their absence. • Oversee the implementation of SACCO resolutions and policies. • Lead special committees or tasks as assigned by the Chairperson or Board. • Support the SACCO in achieving its annual objectives and strategic goals. Requirements: • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in cooperative governance or a related field. • Strong administrative and organizational skills. • Ability to collaborate with team members and external partners. • Must meet eligibility criteria outlined in the SACCO byelaws.
