- Formal teacher training and certification.

- Proven experience with Checkpoint exam preparation and the Cambridge Primary English framework.
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent classroom management and instructional skills.
- Ability to use modern teaching strategies and integrate technology into learning.
