CIC Africa Life Assurance (U) LTD is hiring Unit Managers for Kampala, Mbale and Jinja to supervise Sales Agents and coordinate individual Life product distribution within the unit.

• Recruit, train, and retain a minimum of 15 Sales Agents, with at least 10agents producing two endowment policies per week.
• Conduct market analysis, propose product improvements, and provide recommendations to the Agency Manager.
• Ensure achievement of Unit sales targets (MPI, Case Count, API, and Persistence).
• Ensure continuous and effective training of Sales Agents on products and procedures.
• Design and implement promotional activities to increase product awareness.
• Recommend disciplinary action to the Disciplinary Board for Sales Agents who contravene IRA regulations and the CIC Code of Ethics.

• Strong communication, negotiation, supervision, training, and computer skills.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance (COP).
• Valid IRA Agent License.
