Role Overview

We’re looking for a female, dynamic, confident, and charismatic TV/Live Shopping Host to be the face and voice of Koola Herbals across live sales platforms like QVC-style broadcasts, social media lives, and product video shoots. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a flair for storytelling, a passion for women’s wellness, and the energy to engage live audiences.

As our Live Sales Host, you’ll be central to how we connect with our customers. Whether in our Kampala studio or from a remote location, you’ll bring products to life through engaging, informative, and entertaining presentations across platforms like Instagram Live, Facebook Live, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Camera Hosting & Presentation
• Host engaging live product sales sessions on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Speak confidently and clearly in English, keeping viewers informed and entertained for long-form segments.
• Create high-quality content introducing new products, explaining their benefits, and telling the Koola Herbals story.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to align content with campaigns and calendar themes.

Content Creation & Social Media Engagement

• Record product features, tutorials, unboxings, and customer Q&A videos.
• Work with media and marketing teams to develop scripts or outlines for video content.
• Respond to customer comments and questions live, fostering strong audience interaction.
• Provide post-live analysis and suggestions for content improvement.

Studio & Remote Production

• If working on-site, collaborate with the media team in Kampala on camera setup, lighting, and production quality.
• If remote, ensure a presentable background, good lighting, and audio quality for a professional home studio setup.

About You – Preferred Qualifications

• Confident, clear, and articulate speaker with excellent English fluency (Luganda or European language a bonus).
• Comfortable speaking on camera for extended periods, with a natural ability to keep an audience engaged.
• Experience in TV hosting, radio presenting, acting, public speaking, or similar on-camera roles is a strong plus is a bonus.
• Energetic, personable, and enthusiastic about women’s health, wellness, and herbal products.
• Ability to adapt tone and style depending on the audience, whether speaking to retailers, influencers, or everyday customers.
• Skilled in basic video recording and willing to work closely with a creative team.
• Resides in or is willing to relocate to Kampala or the surrounding areas.
• A self starter with a strong sense of responsibility and time management.
