JOB DETAILS:
JOB VACANCY
On behalf of our client TOTALENERGIES, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Field Operations (FOPs Technical Assistant) to work in Kampala.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Organize transport and other logistical requirements of the department personnel (Kampala and Site), such as hotel bookings, flight reservations, organizing team-building events, and ensuring sufficient work tools are obtained internally to support current teams and new ones onboarding.
• Make arrangements for appointments and meetings, including meeting room reservations, compiling and preparing briefings, presentation materials, background information, and documentation for meetings.
• Maintain visual graphic and department dashboards.
• Support the preparation of technical reporting for the department.
MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Management, or equivalent.
• Skills:
o Numeracy skills, high levels of accuracy, and attention to detail.
o Possess a minimum of 5 years of administrative experience, preferably within a technical team.
o Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills are required, along with a practical common-sense approach.
o Good prioritization, time management, and organizational skills, including when exposed to high operational pressure.
