Training instructors/Facilitators
Location: Makindye, Salaama Rd, Badongo Stage Offices
Reports to: General Manager
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
The Training Facilitator will be responsible for delivering high-quality, market-relevant training in security and technology fields to vulnerable populations. The facilitator will design and implement training programs, ensuring practical and theoretical learning that enhances employability and entrepreneurship.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver training content in security, technology, and other relevant skill areas.
• Facilitate interactive learning sessions using various training methodologies.
• Assess trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Support curriculum development and ensure alignment with industry standards.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and evaluation reports.
• Provide mentorship and career guidance to trainees.
• Ensure inclusivity by fostering a supportive learning environment for underrepresented groups (e.g., women).
• Collaborate with industry partners to enhance practical training opportunities.
• Adhere to institutional policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Security, ICT, Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
• Certification in training, education, or facilitation is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in training, teaching, or facilitation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Practical industry experience in security or technology-related fields.
• Ability to work with diverse and vulnerable populations.
• Proficiency in digital learning tools is an added advantage.
