Application forms (PSF 3 revised 2008 and ESC form 3 for teachers) can be obtained from Public Service Commission-farmers house, Kampala and Secretaries of District Service Commission country wide or website www.psc.go.ug.
Forms should be filled in TRIPLICATE together with three recent passport size photographs and must be submitted to the office of the Secretary District Service Commission Sembabule P.O. Box 1388, Masaka, not later than 21st November 2025.
