The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Representation in Kampala, Uganda, wishes to establish a frame agreement(s) for the supply of oils and lubricants and therefore invites registered, reputable, and qualified suppliers to submit firm offers for the tender detailed below:

Eligible and qualified suppliers duly registered with the relevant government authorities, having sound financial basis and relevant experience, with knowledge of how to meet UNHCR's needs, are invited to participate in the tendering process.
