Access to Bidding Documents:
Bidding documents are available free of charge and can be obtained by sending an email request to;

Submission of Bids:
All interested bidders shall submit their bids by either by,
• Hand delivery: Bids are to be submitted in 3 - Copies, enclosed in envelopes, marked with the tender number & category description, and shall be delivered to; Action Against Hunger Head Office, Plot 2, Naguru Drive, Naguru Kampala.
OR
• Email Submission: Bids are to be submitted through email clearly indicating Tender number & Description of works in the subject title and shall be sent to:
ACF Uganda Tender; tenderug-actionagainsthunger.org

Deadline for submission of bids shall be on or before Friday 25th September 2026 at 05:00 pm.
Action Against Hunger (ACF-USA) Uganda reserves the right to accept or reject any application in whole or in part and is not bound to give a reason for its decision.
