Tender Notice Pre-Qualification Of Suppliers For Goods, Works & Services For The Financial Years’ 2026/2027 And 2027/2028 job at Nile Basin Initiative (NBI)

Nile Basin Initiative (NBI) is an intergovernmental partnership established on 22nd February 1999 by Riparian States of the Nile Basin comprising Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan, Sudan, Tanzania, and Uganda. The NBI Secretariat which is based in Entebbe, Uganda has received funds from Member States, Development Partners and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards the cost of Consulting Services, Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services to be procured during the 2 financial years (2026/2027 & 2027/2028).
Nile Basin Initiative Secretariat now invites suitably qualified and interested Suppliers and Service Providers to submit applications for prequalification for the supply of goods, works and services listed below;

2. Interested eligible suppliers and service providers may obtain further information required from the Procurement Office at the address given below from 9:00 a.m – 4.00 p.m., dating from 30th March – 23rd April 2026.

3. Prequalification applications must be delivered in 4 copies (1 original and 3 copies) to the address below not later than 11.00a.m, on 24th April 2026. The evaluation process will be thereafter.
