Duties and Responsibilities include: - Build a network and list of potential clients.
- Participate in road shows to speak about the real estate property inventory and work in progress.
- Attend social events to build customer awareness of the portfolio of real estate properties.
- Advertise through the various internal channels to build a list of probable clients.
- Manage client relationships through the process of purchase.
- Participate in the development of the real estate sales sectionâs strategic plans and ensure that they are aligned to the departmental strategy.
- Engage with different stakeholders in and out of the fund to facilitate the achievement of departmental sales and organisational objectives.
- Review own performance and seek feedback to improve performance.
- Maintain client record to enable cross selling of other properties in the fund inventory.
- Make sure client completes payment for booked properties within the shortest time possible.
- Set up databases for the clientâs interest in different products to inform them of the real estate products available.
- Gather information of the various real estate sector developments.
- Coordinate the storage of necessary documents to ensure a record is kept for future reference.
- Coordinate billing and payment processing with the Finance department for all client transactions.
- Facilitate client site visits and property walkthroughs for prospective buyers.
- Support the title handover process upon a clientâs completion of payment.
- Prepare all documentation required to conclude the sale process, including sale letters, client KYC records, and any supporting transaction documents, and ensure these are filed both physically and digitally for future reference.
Academic and Professional Qualifications: - A Bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field.
- Certificate in proficiency in sales and marketing.
Experience: - 2 years of experience in dealing in real estate, sales or marketing
