- Adhere to teller transaction & cash holding limits at all times.
- Filing all cashierâs/reserve/main summaries.
- Filing all cashierâs payments/receipts related correspondences directed to you
- Receiving and recording cheque deposits
- Correct errors highlighted in the daily cash report.
- Calling & checking other tellersâ daily vouchers against daily report
- Collect all revenue due to the bank.
- Cross selling bank products and referrals as per allocated targets
- Exercise due diligence as per the proceduresâ manual
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Any other duties that may be assigned.
Key Capabilities and Qualifications - A university degree in relevant business discipline, any professional Qualification in General Banking is an added advantage.
- Strong people management skills and thorough knowledge of banking products and services, including wider understanding of the general consumer banking universe.
- Strong communications, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate staff.
- Strong communications, negotiations, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for Performance.
- Self - Drive, Flexibility, Focus and attention to detail.
- Open to New Ideas in a rapidly changing Business Environment
