About the role The Telesales Associate will play a crucial role in expanding Talent Foresight's client base by proactively reaching out to potential customers and promoting our products. This role requires a driven and results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. The ideal candidate will be adept at building rapport, understanding client needs, and effectively presenting our value proposition. Responsibilities Outbound Sales: ⢠Conduct high-volume outbound calls to targeted leads to generate new business opportunities. ⢠Identify and qualify potential clients based on their needs and alignment with Talent Foresight's offerings. ⢠Present and explain the benefits of Talent Foresight's [services/products] to prospective clients. Lead Management: ⢠Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system. ⢠Follow up on leads in a timely and effective manner to nurture relationships and close deals. ⢠Manage and prioritize a pipeline of leads to meet sales targets. Customer Engagement: ⢠Build strong relationships with potential clients by providing exceptional customer service. ⢠Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. ⢠Gather feedback from clients to improve sales strategies and product offerings. Sales Performance: ⢠Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. ⢠Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue. ⢠Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities. Collaboration: ⢠Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts. ⢠Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs. Qualifications: ⢠Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role. ⢠Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ⢠Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. ⢠Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ⢠Proficiency in using Google Workspace tools such as Spreadsheet ⢠Working knowledge of any CRM software would be a plus. ⢠Strong organizational and time management skills. ⢠Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. ⢠Knowledge of the Human Resource and Management consulting industry is a plus. ⢠A bachelor's degree in any commercial-related field.
