The studio has built a strong reputation, collaborating with organizations such as UNICEF, UWEC, and the Ministry of Health. Its flagship cartoon series, KATOTO, has been described by the BBC as Africaâs response to Mickey Mouse, reflecting its impact and recognition. Katoto Studio is currently seeking an enthusiastic and tech-savvy recent graduate to join our team for an IT Support Key Responsibilities - Workstations: Configure and maintain high-performance setups and drawing tablets.
- Support: Provide first-line troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity.
- Infrastructure: Assist with network monitoring, server backups, and routine hardware maintenance.
- Inventory: Track IT assets and technical documentation.
Requirements - Recently completed a degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- A passion for troubleshooting and system mechanics.
- A willingness to learn.
