Responsibilities - Establish Field Trials: Assist in the establishment and management of agronomic field trials (crop variety trials, fertilizer trials, planting density trials).
- Crop Management: Undertake day-to-day crop husbandry activities including land preparation, planting, weeding, irrigation, and pest control.
- Data Collection: Collect agronomic data (plant height, tiller number, yield components, biomass) according to research protocols.
