Job Description/Requirements Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily financial records, including sales, expenses, and inventory costs.
- Prepare budgets, financial reports, and ensure tax compliance.
- Handle payroll, cash reconciliations, and supplier payments.
- Maintain inventory records and coordinate orders with vendors.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, and scheduling.
- Support boutique operations to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: - Diploma / Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- 2+ years of experience in finance or administration.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
