The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical knowledge, leadership, and commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities - Lead tax compliance and advisory assignments
- Review tax computations and filings in line with URA requirements
- Provide guidance on VAT, WHT, PAYE, and Corporate Tax matters
- Assist clients in tax planning and structuring
- Mentor junior staff in technical tax matters
- Build strong client relationships while maintaining independence
Qualification and Experience - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Qualified CPA or ACCA (finalist/member)
- 3–5 years’ tax compliance/advisory experience in a reputable firm
- Strong knowledge of Uganda tax laws and URA requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with tax software & Microsoft Office
