About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about finding top talent, have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, and be able to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Responsibilities ⢠Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. ⢠Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals. ⢠Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. ⢠Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. ⢠Support with manage the offer process, including extending offers, negotiating salaries, and conducting background checks. ⢠Collaborate with recruiting HR officials to support seamless onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their new roles. ⢠Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). ⢠Participate in recruitment events and job fairs. ⢠Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Qualifications ⢠Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. ⢠1-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting. ⢠Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. ⢠Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. ⢠Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. ⢠Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Manatal is a plus ⢠Proficiency in Google Workspace. ⢠Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ⢠Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
