The Systems Analyst will serve as key liaison between our clients and our programmers. .
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• System testing
• System / software deployment
• Software troubleshooting
• System / Software Documentation including User Manuals, Product Descriptions, Specifications Requirements,
• Carry out end user training
• Research on software trends and do necessary recommendations
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• University Degree in an IT or related field
• Creative Thinker
• Quick Learner
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Good Documentation Skills
• A minimum of one to two years’ experience in an IT related role
