Skills and knowledge required - Analytical and audit skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- HSE awareness
Qualifications and experience - Diploma in Chemistry, Food Science and Technology, or a related field
- 2 years’ relevant experience in food processing and manufacturing
- HACCP and GMP training is an added advantage
- Syrup preparation and blending
- Equipment operation and process control
- Quality and food safety compliance
- Documentation and accountability
- Analytical and audit skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- HSE awareness
- Diploma in Chemistry, Food Science and Technology, or a related field
- 2 years’ relevant experience in food processing and manufacturing
