You will be responsible for implementing sustainability strategies, engaging with communities and stakeholders, and driving environmental and resource efficiency initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy for OUL’s cocoa operations.
• Ensure alignment with ofi’s global sustainability goals and frameworks.
• Monitor and report on progress toward ofi Cocoa’s sustainability aspirations.
• Manage and report on existing partnerships with stakeholders and sustainability partners.
• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities to enhance sustainability outcomes.
• Oversee the implementation of environmental programs, including habitat restoration and conservation.
• Design and execute resource efficiency plans to improve operational sustainability. Experience, Qualifications and Skills - A degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sustainability management, preferably in agriculture or supply chain contexts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
• Open-minded, adaptable, and motivated to take on new challenges.
