1. Uganda Electricity Transmission Company Limited invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following Service highlighted below:

The Bidding document(s) shall be inspected and issued at Uganda Electricity Transmission Company Annex Plot 12 Hannington Road-Opposite Serena Hotel Staff Gate, Procurement Office - 2nd Floor.

A complete set of Bidding Documents for each procurement mentioned above may be purchased by interested bidders at a non-refundable fee of UGX 300,000 (Uganda Shillings Three hundred thousand only). The method of payment will be cash deposited at the following Bank Account in names of (Uganda Electricity Transmission Company Limited), as below:

The ERP System implementation aims to streamline UETCL's operational processes, enhance efficiency, and integrate key functions such as finance, procurement, human resources, and asset management. The successful bidder will be responsible for:

• System Supply & Installation: Providing a robust, scalable ERP solution tailored to UETCL's energy transmission operations.
• Customization & Implementation: Adapting the system to align with UETCL's workflows, regulatory requirements, and reporting standards.
• Training & Capacity Building: Conducting comprehensive training programs for UETCL staff to ensure seamless adoption.
• Support & Maintenance: Offering post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, updates, and system optimization for a minimum period specified in the contract.
• Compliance: Ensuring the solution adheres to Uganda's Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets (PPDA) Act and UETCL's IT policies.
