Recruitment is contingent upon confirmation of funding by UNOCHA's Uganda Humanitarian Fund. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain the programme procurement plan based on approved activity plans, budgets, and implementation schedules
- Conduct procurement processes in accordance with YSAT procedures, OCHA guidelines, approved thresholds, and specifications
- Plan and arrange transportation and logistics of goods, equipment, and materials to Rhino Camp, Imvepi, and Bidibidi
- Maintain accurate inventory, stock, and asset records for programme supplies and equipment
- Coordinate logistics for programme distributions including hygiene/sanitation supplies, IEC materials, and WASH materials
- Maintain complete, auditable procurement and logistics records for programme reviews, audits, and donor verification
Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Transport Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, logistics, and supply chain management, preferably within humanitarian or development programmes
- Demonstrated experience managing procurement processes, supplier sourcing, purchase orders, delivery tracking, inventory, and asset management
- Experience supporting multi-location humanitarian programmes and field logistics is highly desirable
- Prior experience working with Refugee-Led Organizations is a requirement
