Responsibilities & Duties:Â Local Procurement
Overseas Procurement
Ensure to procure necessary goods and/or services from the designated overseas suppliers in strictly high-level compliance with the accounting policy Develop and find the most affordable forwarder and transport insurance company Ensure to achieve the fastest logistics including quotations, transport period, customs clearance and delivery to the warehouse
Inventory Management
Ensure to complete monthly inventory Ensure to complete quarterly or annual inventory Ensure to complete inspection of the products on arrival with highest standards Ensure to record any lost or damaged item discovered during the stocktaking on a strictly timely basis
Expansion Support
Others
Skills & Qualifications: <Minimum requirement> 10 year working experience with procurement CIPS qualification is an added advantage Experience handling multi logistical challenges for a busy company and ability to negotiate favorable terms to ensure efficiency Excellent IT skills including, but not limited to, Excel and database and ability to quickly learn new inventory management systems Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure A team player towards the common vision of the company Be honest, disciplined and with integrity
<Advantage> Working experience with overseas procurement Working experience with inventory management in the international FMCG company Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management or equivalent
