Supply and Delivery of New Motor Vehicles and Motorcycles- NDA/SUPLS/26-27/00051 tender at National Drug Authority (NDA )

- The National Drug Authority has allocated funds for the acquisition of new motor vehicles and motorcycles.
- The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205 and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 08:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m.
- The Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand). The method of payment will be through Stanbic Bank Uganda Limited UGX Account Number 9030005759829.
- Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8 at/before 11:00 a.m. on 14th October 2026. All bids under Lot 1 (Supply and Delivery of New Motor Vehicles) must be accompanied by a Bid Security of UGX 60,000,000 (Uganda Shillings Sixty million). Bid Securities/Bid Securing Declarations must be valid until 24th May 2027. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8 at 11:30 a.m. on 14th October 2026.
- There shall be no pre - bid meeting.
