Job Title: Supervisor- Operations

Location: Kampala, Uganda

Reports to: Proprietor/Director

Key Responsibilities

Oversee stock taking and inventory control of spare parts and workshop supplies

Supervise and coordinate the daily work of mechanics and support staff

Bank and reconcile daily cash and mobile money takings

Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reports

Track client invoices and follow up on outstanding balances

Manage debt collection while maintaining good client relationships

Ensure smooth, efficient, and well-organised day-to-day garage operations

Handle client queries and complaints, escalating issues where necessary

Person Specification

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field

Basic working knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping principles

At least 2 years' experience in an operations or supervisory role (garage/retail experience an advantage)
