Job Summary:

The Supervisor will be responsible for leading and monitoring a specific team or operational shift to ensure targets are met, service standards are upheld, and staff are productive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign duties and responsibilities to team members.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and productivity.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to subordinates.
• Ensure operational procedures and safety standards are followed.
• Manage inventory, materials, or cash handling within the department (if applicable).
• Report weekly progress and challenges to the Manager/Admin.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff.

Requirements:

• Honest, disciplined, and hardworking individual.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant qualifications in Management, Business, or a related field are an added advantage.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role is an added advantage.
