JOB DETAILS:
Job summary
• To deliver quality, standard and timely services to the entire humanity and their property.
Job Purpose: Responsible for effective Management of all deployments, & Supervising guards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
1. To supervise the performance of guards in a given area and ensure that they carry out their duties efficiently to prevent theft or damage to client’s property and premises.
2. Ensure that all guards at posts have all the necessary equipment and are smartly dressed in uniform.
3. To ensure that all guards understand the respective assignment instructions and that they carry them out efficiently.
4. Maintain regular contact with the duty operations controller and report to him immediately and absence, breach of discipline or misconduct of guards.
5. Maintain regular contacts with clients and submit accurate reports on status of each assignment in your given area.
6. Make entries in the supervisor Occurrence Book and record detailed reports.
7. Report all incidences immediately & assist in investigations.
10. To provide a daily deployment report, Supervision reports & other written weekly reports to the operations manager.
11. Conduct customer care feedback & do marketing function as well.
13. Maintain regular contacts with relevant authorities & police in your zone.
14. Report immediately any other issues affecting your guards to relevant offices.
15. Maintain the company motorcycle in good condition by taking good care of it.
16. Preform any other duties given to you by the Operations manager.

Minimum requirements
• Must have good communicating skills to communicate, motivate, train, stimulate people
• Must speak Swahili, write and read English fluently
• Must know how to ride a motor cycle
• Must go always for the best in the company’s views
• Must be trustworthy and honest

• Must be flexible
